Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the day you receive your item to return it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or used, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
To request a return, you must contact us first. Items returned without our prior request will not be processed.
Not happy with the size or style?
If you are not happy with the size or style of clothing you ordered, you can exchange it for a different size, provided it is unwashed, worn, and in resaleable condition. You will be responsible for all shipping costs, including the cost of reshipping a new item. We will explain this in detail in the return authorization email we send you, and we will still offer payment and shipping options.
Damage and Problems
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt, and if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the problem and correct it. If you received the wrong item or the item is defective or damaged, you don't have to pay any additional shipping costs, but we need your help to return the item to us.
For US customers - We will email you a USPS prepaid postage label, which you can print out, attach to the box, and mail it to the nearest post office or have your mail carrier pick it up. Once we receive your return, we will resend your new item and email you a new tracking number.
For International customers - Simply send the package back to us via standard international mail with the shipping receipt you paid, and we will refund you once we receive your return. We will resend your new item and email you a new tracking number.
Exceptions/Non-returnable items
Some types of items cannot be returned, such as perishables (e.g. food or canned drinks), customized items (e.g. special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns on certain categories of items, such as lingerie. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please contact us. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the item you have and once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.
Refunds:
Once we receive and review your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, in most cases the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Payments made with cryptocurrency can only be refunded in the form of store credit. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit the refund.
Due to the nature of our business, any return for a full refund (less shipping and handling charges) is also subject to a 20% restocking fee.
